Hi! I’m Sarah Cloud. I’m a board-certified psychiatric mental health nurse practitioner. I have a telemedicine private practice and see patients in Arkansas, Oklahoma, and Arizona. My husband, Michael, and I live in Hot Springs with our soon-to-be 3-year-old daughter, Norah, and our two labs who think they are babies. I love to travel, work out, play piano and sing, serve in the local church, and spend time with family. Prior to becoming a PMHMP, I was an oncology nurse in both inpatient and outpatient settings but have been passionate about psychiatry for many years and have done research in the past with psychiatrists and mentors in Oklahoma. Though I treat many mental health concerns, my biggest areas of interest in mental health care include trauma and PTSD, anxiety, and post partum mental health care.

Crystal is a board certified Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner currently practicing in the Women’s and Infants Service Line and OB/Gyn Department at the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences, as well as part time at Cosmetic Surgery Center and Exhale Med Spa seeing patients for hormone replacement therapy and weight loss. She has 12 years of nurse practitioner experience. Her current career focuses on general obstetrics and gynecology, as well as high risk obstetrics. She enjoys caring for women throughout their lifespan.
She began her educational path with a Bachelor of Science in Biology at the University of Arkansas, graduating in 2005. She began her nursing career as a labor and delivery nurse in 2007 after graduating with her Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences. After developing her nursing skills, she pursued a Master’s in
Nursing Science specializing in women’s health graduating in 2011 from the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences.
Crystal is a member of the Arkansas Nurse Practitioner Association and Nurse Practitioners in Women’s Health. She is passionate about advocating for women in her career and in her community.

I treat all ages and all types of psychiatric illnesses. However, currently I'm especially passionate about providing high quality care to woman during the perimenopausal transition. Additionally, I am one of the few Spravato providers in Conway.
As an experienced FNP, I have a deep understanding of how our brain health and body health are intertwined and my patients value my comprehensive approach.
I believe that medication is a tool to be used in conjunction with therapy. My prescribing style is conservative, aiming for the least amount of medication for the shortest amount of time possible.
